What exactly happens in a women's circle?

The things women are already thinking about: perimenopause, money, parenting, work, friendship, relationships, grief, aging parents, identity, and all the questions that do not have an obvious place to go. We make each topic specific enough that every woman knows why she is in the room.

What topics do you cover?

Femnest is not therapy, and nobody is there to diagnose, treat, or fix you. This is a guided conversation around one specific topic. You may learn something, hear yourself think differently, or realize you are not the only woman carrying a certain thought—but you are coming for conversation, not treatment.

How is this different from therapy or support groups?

If you need clinical therapy, medical advice, or crisis intervention, we're not the answer and we'll be the first to tell you that and connect you with the right resources. Our circles are powerful, but they're about connection and community, not treatment.

Who is Femnest not for?

Both include the same membership benefits: first access to new circles, regular Talking, Story, and Learning Circles at no additional cost, the Inner Work Library, and the private member space. The annual option costs less than paying month to month for a full year.

What's the difference between monthly and yearly membership?

Most women are a little nervous the first time. Nobody expects a polished answer, a big personal reveal, or instant vulnerability. A Circle Hostess guides the room. You can take your time, listen, and share when you are ready.

What if I'm nervous about sharing?

You do not need to arrive energized, prepared, or ready to be interesting. Come tired. Come curious. Come unsure. Just look at the upcoming topics and choose the one that feels worth making room for.

I'm burned out and overwhelmed. Is this right for me? 

Most circles are on Zoom, with occasional in-person meetups that will one day grow nationwide. Cameras on is required because being seen is the point. Those nods, tears, and knowing looks are part of what makes the space safe and real.

Are circles online or in person? Do I have to turn my camera on?

Yes. Every circle begins with clear agreements. Confidentiality, no judgment, and speak from personal experience. What's shared in circle stays in circle. Circle Hostesses are trained to hold space for whatever comes up and know when to connect you with additional support if needed.

What are the circle agreements? Is it safe?

Yes. Please do. Pick one topic that feels relevant and come see what a circle is actually like. If you leave thinking, I want more of this, membership will be there.

Can I try a circle before committing?

Then you miss it. That’s all. There is no attendance requirement, nothing to make up, and nobody keeping score. Come to the circles that work for your life.

What if I miss a circle?

Regular Talking, Story, and Learning Circles are included. Experience Circles are special, separately priced events and are not included, although members may receive early access or a discount. Partner Circles created for an organization are also separate from individual Femnest membership.
