Our trained Circle Hostesses guide the discussion so it goes somewhere real. The topics are specific: perimenopause, career pivots, parenting teenagers, money, relationships, the stuff actually happening.

Founder
Meet Erin
Femnest was built by Erin Konrath. In 2021 she was diagnosed with ovarian cancer. She consumed endless expert content - podcasts, books, information she'd never had before. But she had nobody to actually talk about any of it with. Everywhere she looked: women learning alone, knowledge flowing in one direction, nobody sitting down together to discuss what they were going through. She wanted a room where the expert was in the circle with you. Where the woman next to you was just as worth listening to. Where conversation actually happened. She couldn't find it anywhere. So she built Femnest.

Meet Margot
Margot spent years in social work until burnout made her question everything. Stepping back led her to women’s circles, where she discovered the magic of real connection and the way women become medicine for one another. With her background as an LCSW and coach, she co-founded Femnest to create spaces where honesty, soul support, and togetherness feel inevitable.
Brand + Creative Consultant
Meet Kiley
Kiley studied design at Notre Dame and built her freelance studio by helping female founders shape brands that feel honest and unforgettable. She understands how hard it is to build something real while trying to stand out authentically. As Femnest’s Creative Director, she’s bringing that heart and clarity to our visual world, crafting a brand that reflects the conversations and connection women are craving.
Social Media Manager
Meet Emily
Emily built her career photographing weddings, drawn as much to the friendships that formed as to the stories she captured. She’s seen firsthand how women come alive when they find their people, both behind the camera and online. As Femnest’s Social Media Manager, she brings that same instinct for real connection to help women discover the communities that shift everything.
Brand + Experience Lead
Meet Amy
With more than two decades in mental health, Amy has always used creativity, mindfulness, and deep presence to help women feel understood. She’s built community spaces before, including a South Side shop that became a quiet hub for connection, and now she brings that same instinct to Femnest as our Brand Experience & Design lead, shaping moments that make women feel held and at home.

For every Femnest membership, one dollar goes to the Amy Krouse Rosenthal Foundation, funding ovarian cancer early detection research and literacy programs.
This partnership is deeply personal. Erin serves on the foundation’s advisory board after her own experience with ovarian cancer. Amy was a writer and luminous soul who had a way of uncovering everyday magic in the ordinary. This is the same spirit we carry forward inside every circle.
